Lost Movement in the Khanenko Museum
“Lost Movement” by Nana Biakova is a project that contains several video installations, objects and a movement based performance. It is an attempt to give inanimate and immobile beings the properties of the living and vice versa. Nana uses her own body as neutral material and explores the invisible relationship between her body and inanimate objects of her native city Mykolaiv, boundaries, transitional properties and patterns of memory.
